Good language education starts with a clear vision, and a team that believes in it. Rather than imposing a top-down framework, existing expertise within the school was mapped, brought to the table, and distilled through careful analysis. With Mare van den Putte as the committee’s chair and co-writer, the result was a policy built from the ground up by colleagues, for colleagues, carried with genuine ownership.
